Urgent Requirement – Associate Director Projects – CRE Secondment

Our client is a leading global Real Estate Consultancy servicing corporate clients with their Corporate Real Estate needs. They currently require a Senior Project management candidate at Associate Director level for a 2 year secondment into one of their clients corporate real estate teams.

The position will be an embedded member of the clients team servicing their Singapore project portfolio covering new corporate fit out projects as well as BAU project operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the delivery of corporate real estate projects in the domestic Singapore market. You will have experience working with a leading Project Management Consultancy or already in a client organisation directly. You will ideally have experience working within a major Financial Institution and understand the complexities of the management and reporting structures. Existing right to work in Singapore is essential and immediate availability would be advantageous.
