Senior Manager/Director Solutions Sales – Facilities Management – North China

Our client is one of the world’s leading Global Facilities Management Companies. With an existing enviable portfolio of global and regional corporate clients, they are seeking a number of Senior Manager to Director level candidates to join their Solution Sales team covering Northern China.

As part of their Solution Sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in line with their strategic sales plan. You will lead the client relationship throughout the work winning process from first contact through RFP, solution design and commercial negotiation and implementation.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering growth in a competing organisation in Facilities Management or a complimentary industry. You will have demonstrated strong leadership in the sales environment and astute capabilities in pipeline management. Bilingual Mandarin and English capabilities are required for this position.
