Our client is one of the fastest growing Corporate Workplace focused Interior Design & Build firms globally. Having experienced unprecedented growth pre-Covid, they are in a very strong position as we emerge with strong demand for their services in Asia and beyond.

As such, they are seeking a Principal level candidate to lead Business Development and Client Relationship Management in the Work Winning and Account Management environment for their North Asia Studios, to be based from Hong Kong.

As Principal Client Relations, you will be responsible for winning major new projects for the business as well as ensuring revenues and profit margins are achieved across the region for each studio. You will also be responsible for managing major client relationships and developing further opportunities through your account management capabilities.

The successful candidate will most likely be qualified in Interior design or another design, construction or real estate related qualification. You will likely have a grounding in design or project management prior to moving into business development and be fully conversant with real estate terminology, including leasing and transactional activities.

You will have developed a deep knowledge of the local and regional markets including key stakeholders and their upcoming real estate strategies and have strong relationships that will stay with you as you move.

This is a leadership position managing a team including business development, marketing and proposals specialists. You will also have advanced Salesforce capabilities and strong pipeline development and tracking abilities. Bilingual English and Chinese language skills are prerequisite for this position.
