Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting of Incoming and Outgoing wires/deposits/receipts
- Preparing deposit cheques and cash for bank
- Processing Payment requests
- Organising ops related vendor invoices and payments
- Monitoring of the suspense account and unidentified receipts
- Clearing of small balances on Invoices
- Processing of write-off WIP
- Providing Trust Statements
- Closing and reopening of matters
- Preparing bills and invoices
- General Finance Duties
- Cover for other finance clerks so will need to be crossed trained
Experience required:
- Previous finance/accounts experience
