Fit-out & Tenancy Delivery Manager – Property Developer – Kuala Lumpur

Our client is an exciting new Property Developer and Investor active across the Malaysian markets. With a strong pipeline of new investment opportunities and a growing portfolio of existing assets, they are looking to develop their in-house design and project delivery capabilities for new developments and asset enhancement works.

As such, they are seeking a strong Fit-out & Tenancy Delivery Manager with experience working on large Big Box retail-led projects they will be developing across Kuala Lumpur and the wider Malaysian geographies.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design, or another related qualification, and ideally have prior experience working within a Property Developer on mixed-use and retail-led projects. You will be capable of both creative design as well as design management, delivering in-house design solutions as well as managing external design consultants. You will be able to lead the fit-out of mall projects as well as manage the tenancy design and delivery within the mall guidelines. You will work closely with the Company Director and be a key member of the formative in-house Design & Project Management team.
