Responsibilities:
As a funds associate within the team, you’ll work with Asia-based and U.S. sponsors in the structuring, formation and offering of private equity and real estate funds, along with as co-investment activities and secondaries transactions.
Experience required:
Candidates who are legally qualified in England & Wales, Hong Kong, New York and Australia are preferred for this particular role and team (dual qualified would be ideal). English, Mandarin, Cantonese language skills are extremely advantageous for this role also.
