General Manager – 3PL Logistics – Singapore

Our client is a well established and seasoned Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager. They are currently in the process of strategising and delivering a new Logistics Real Estate strategy and developing a 3PL logistics operation.

As such they are seeking an entrepreneurial candidate with strong experience in the 3PL environment to join them and lead the development of their logistics platform strategy. You will be responsible for working with the CEO to create a strong and viable business and resource plan as well as go to market strategy. This will be a real estate backed logistics platform so customer acquisition will be key to developing an owned and managed integrated solution.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned logistics professional in the regional logistics markets. You will likely have spent time in a Sales or Business Development function before moving into a Country or sub-regional level General Management position. You will be well connected within the 3PL markets and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. There will likely be relatively fast progression opportunity to a CEO and equity position in the business.
