General Manager – Facilities Services – Cebu

Our client is a Global Facilities Management firm currently going through a major transformation and integration of their Asia platform into a fully integrated regional platform delivering hard and soft Facilities Services into public and private sector clients across the region.

As such they are seeking a General Manager with a strong track record in the management of Facilities Services businesses to lead their busy team in Cebu, driving business growth and service delivery into a range of clients from local and international corporate clients to local authority contracts into healthcare and government facilities.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of running and building businesses in the Facilities Services environment. You will have strong business acumen with full P&L responsibility. You will be able to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively and be able to develop strong client networks and relationships alongside your sales and delivery teams.
