General Manager – Mixed Use Asset – Phuket

Our client is one of the regions premier property development and property management groups. With an enviable portfolio of assets across the region, they are positioned as one of the largest and most sophisticated property groups in Asia.

Within their portfolio, they have a major retail led mixed use asset in the heart of Patong in Phuket, Thailand. The asset consists of a retail mall with a large F&B and entertainment component as well as a hotel resort. As such, they are looking for an experienced General Manager to take on the running of this asset to drive profitability and and strengthen returns.

The successful candidate will be an experienced property General Manager with a strong grounding in retail property and asset management. You will have a demonstrable track record in driving an operational P&L for mixed use properties with strength in the retail and F&B environment. You will have responsibility for leasing and marketing, property management, security and core finance, operations and HR functions.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in the Thailand market and Thai language skills. You will ideally have experience in the Phuket market but Thailand is essential.
