Global Director of Sales – UAE
Our client is a leading Middle Eastern Property Development Corporation specialising in large scale master planned mixed use developments. Operating at the highest level and investing significantly in property and infrastructure, their developments are regarded as some of the finest being delivered in their respective markets today.
Specialising in large scale master planned developments, my client must ensure successful sales strategy for the commercial success of their developments. As such, they are seeking a Corporate Level Head of Sales to drive this function for them.
The successful candidate will have a strong background operating at strategic level in residential sales and project marketing working for either a top tier property developer or for a leading real estate consultant.
This is a global role that will work with the board to drive sales strategy at a group level and drive this into individual country and project specific sales plans and revenue targets. At present, their portfolio spans several Middle Eastern countries, North Africa and expansion into Eastern Europe so prior exposure to driving sales strategies in those markets would be highly advantageous.
