Global VP Operations – Luxury Hospitality – Singapore

Our client is one of the worlds most exclusive luxury hotel companies. With a reinvigorated leadership team and fresh investment to the business, they are looking for a respected senior operations candidate to lead their operations function globally.

With a small existing portfolio covering Asia, Europe and the Middle East, and a strong development pipeline, the role will require a candidate with very strong pre-opening experience, especially in the remote resort environment. This will be a very hands on role for a candidate to grow with the business and understand how to structure the team effectively as it grows both at corporate and property level. You will work closely with the CEO and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organisation.

You will be qualified in Hotel Management from Lausanne and have a demonstrable track record in the effective management of operational hotel companies across wide geographies.
