Head of Asia Research – Real Estate Investment Management – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading Global Real Estate Investment and Development firms. With a strong commitment to growing their Asia Fund Management platform, they are seeking a Head of Research to join their growing team in Singapore covering the Asia markets.

Reporting to the Global Head of Research, you will lead the Asia Research efforts for their growing Asia Find Management Platform. Committed to providing high-quality, technology-driven, accurate quantitive information to the in-country deal execution teams, you will be responsible for carrying out hands-on research projects, whilst being able to present confidently and consultatively with investors to demonstrate the strategic approach for investors and internal stakeholders. You will also be able to test new strategies based on quantitive analytics and information to ensure resilience and robustness prior to bringing them to market.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in a relevant field, ideally with Real Estate, Finance, or Economics and an advanced degree or MBA would be highly advantageous. You will have a demonstrable track record in conducting high-quality, quantitive research for the Asia markets and strong presentation skills, combined with a consultative approach. You will be embracing of new technology-driven research tools and models and be capable of translating data into presentable and understandable formats for the wider business, clients, and investors.
