Head of Project Delivery – Corporate Interior Design & Build – Singapore

Our client is one of the fastest-growing Corporate Workplace focused Interior Design & Build firms globally. Having experienced unprecedented growth pre-Covid, they are in a very strong position as we emerge with strong demand for their services in Asia and beyond.

With an increasing project portfolio in Singapore, they are in need of a strong Project Management candidate with team management capabilities to join their team to lead the project delivery side of their business in Singapore.

As Head of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers in the delivery of corporate interior design and build projects in Singapore. You will have responsibility for delivering your own projects as well as allocating and overseeing the project load across your team. You will have overall responsibility for the profitability and timely delivery of projects as well as driving quality and zero defect handovers.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction or Projects Management or another construction-related degree. You will have a strong track record of delivering corporate fit-out projects in the interior design and build environment in Singapore. You will be at Senior Project Manager or Project Director level and have prior experience running a team of Project Managers, combined with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
