Head of Projects – Corporate Interior Design & Build – Singapore

Our client is a leading Global Interior Design & Build firm with an enviable reputation in the delivery of first-class corporate interiors around the world.

With an increasing project portfolio in Singapore, they are in need of a strong Project Management candidate with team management capabilities to join their team to lead the project delivery side of their business in Singapore.

As Head of Projects, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers in the delivery of corporate interior design and build projects in Singapore. You will have responsibility for delivering your own projects as well as allocating and overseeing the project load across your team. You will have overall responsibility for the profitability and timely delivery of projects.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction or Projects Management or another construction-related degree. You will have a strong track record of delivering corporate fit-out projects in the interior design and build environment in Singapore. You will be at Senior Project Manager or Project Director level and have prior experience running a team of Project Managers, combined with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
