Head of Quantity Surveying & Cost Management – Singapore

Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

With increasing demand for QS and Cost Management services across their business, they are currently seeking an Associate Director or Director level candidate to join their busy team leading their Quantity Surveying Division.

As Head of Quantity Surveying & Cost Management, you will be responsible for the management of a team of QS’s and Cost Managers across a variety of projects ranging from High Tech Manufacturing and Data Centres to Corporate Office Interiors and Hotel Refurbishments. You will also be responsible for driving new business activities and creating opportunities for growth in the organisation.

The successful candidate will be Qualified in Quantity Surveying, ideally with RICS or SISV qualifications although this is not a prerequisite. You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of QS and Cost Management services across a variety of projects and be able to lead and develop a team and business.
