Responsibilities:
- Looking for HR generalist level wanting to step up into HRBP role, they will train
- Role will be very strategic and analytical
- Data will already be gathered and then provided to you to analysis and plan strategies for projects e.g. maternity or paternity leave
- Analysis trends
- Track information
- Project work
- Onboarding starters
- Provide day to day support to the senior HRBPs
- Operations projects
- Research queries from stakeholders and employees and formulate solutions
- Performance management
- Some recruitment
Requirements:
- You will ideally be a HR generalist/administrator/officer looking to step up into a HRBP role
- Ideally have an HR certificate or degree or working towards it
- Minimum 3 years HR experience in Cayman
