Responsibilities:

  • Looking for HR generalist level wanting to step up into HRBP role, they will train
  • Role will be very strategic and analytical
  • Data will already be gathered and then provided to you to analysis and plan strategies for projects e.g. maternity or paternity leave
  • Analysis trends
  • Track information
  • Project work
  • Onboarding starters
  • Provide day to day support to the senior HRBPs
  • Operations projects
  • Research queries from stakeholders and employees and formulate solutions
  • Performance management
  • Some recruitment

Requirements:

  • You will ideally be a HR generalist/administrator/officer looking to step up into a HRBP role
  • Ideally have an HR certificate or degree or working towards it
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience in Cayman
