
Human Resources Administrator, Temp

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the HR Manager
- Benefits administration
- Maintaining files and records
- Drafting reports, letters and correspondence for employees
- Liaising with the finance team on Payroll and timesheet matters
- Assisting with recruitment
- Maintaining the HR system
- Assisting in coordinating HR policies, procedures and documentation
- First point of contact for all HR related queries
Experience required:
- Associate’s or a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in HR administration including payroll
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to clients and other employees
- Experience working in a very fast paced environment
- CISHRP certified in Human Resource Management, Health Insurance Law, Pension Law and Labour Law or currently working on achieving this certification
- Fully proficient in timekeeping software and HR database
- Knowledge of Sage Abra would be an asset
- Basic computer proficiency on Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Publisher
