In-house Counsel

Responsibilities:

– Commercial and financial contracts

– Intellectual property rights

– Offer counsel on various legal issues to internal stakeholders, including employment legislation

– Create and implement strategies for avoiding and resolving disputes

– Staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments in the fintech industry; develop plans for the company to stay compliant with all applicable legal requirements in various jurisdictions

Experience required:

– 5-14 PQE

– Experience in the e-commerce, tech, online trading or financial services industries

– Experience working closely with senior leadership teams and keeping them informed with regulatory developments that impacts the company globally

– Keen interest in the fintech and trading world

– Ability to provide data-oriented legal guidance

– Good understanding of complex technological and financial systems and their interactions with law
