In-House Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting, updating, and negotiating contracts across various jurisdictions
2. Liaising with regulators and advising regulatory matters
3. Providing advice on intellectual property rights, financial and contract matters internationally
4. Implementing strategies for avoiding and resolving disputes

Requirements:

1. Admitted in either a commonwealth jurisdiction or qualified under the US Bar.
2. 5-10 years of works experience: in-house experience preferred.
3. Practical risk assessment and regulatory skills.
4. Ability to provide data-oriented legal guidance.
5. Understanding of complex technological and financial systems and their interactions with law.
6. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
