Our client is a rapidly growing Regional Online Marketplace for Co-working and Flexible Office Space. As part of their growth plans, they are looking to develop full Licensed Real Estate Agency capabilities in Singapore and expand into Commercial Leasing and Sales.
As such, they are seeking a KEO qualified candidate with a strong network in the commercial landlord space in Singapore and a track record in both landlord and tenant representation across Singapore.
The successful candidate must have their KEO License in Singapore and a demonstrable track record of individual revenue generation across sales and leasing in the commercial space. You will ideally have experience leading and growing a small team of brokers and understand the integration model for regional online market places.
In return, there is a strong commission platform on offer and the potential to take equity in the business based on performance. With an existing regional presence already in place, this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to take on and equity position in a regionally established business.
