Key Accounts Manager – Facilities Services – Philippines

Our client is a Global Facilities Management firm currently going through a major transformation and integration of their Asia platform into a fully integrated regional platform delivering hard and soft Facilities Services into public and private sector clients across the region.

As such they are seeking a seasoned Client Account Manager capable of managing the client relationship and performance of their top 10 key client contracts across the Philippines and regionally. Their clients range from local and international corporate clients in the BPO, commercial office, industrial, and manufacturing space. Prior experience in local authority contracts into healthcare, education, and government contracts would be advantageous as they move into these sectors.

The successful candidate will have strong prior experience managing a mixture of hard and soft services contracts across Singapore and potentially the region. You will have a demonstrable track record of meeting contract KPI’s, complex stakeholder and relationship management environments and be capable of being involved in work-winning activities. You will be particularly adept at managing scope creep and contract renewal exercises.
