Learning & Development Manager – Facilities Services – Singapore
Our client is a Global Facilities Management firm currently going through a major transformation and integration of their Asia platform into a fully integrated regional platform delivering hard and soft Facilities Services into public and private sector clients across the region.
As part of a company wide skills upgrading process and revamp of on-boarding and training standards and processes, they are seeking an experienced Learning & Development and Training Manager to lead the development of the training curriculum and delivery of this into the business.
This is a greenfield opportunity for an L&D professional to work with the strategic leadership of the organisation to design and develop an App based learning and training system to install quality, safety and hygiene standards into day to day operational activities across all staff.
The successful candidate will have strong prior experience designing and delivering training programmes within the Facilities Services environment or a related industry. You will understand how to translate contractual and regulatory obligations into training packages to be rolled out quickly and efficiently to all staff, especially in light of the evolving Covid-19 hygiene and distancing regulations. You will be passionate about the use of technology in learning and be comfortable to work with external App developers to create corporate tools for knowledge and training based systems.
