Legal Executive (In-House)

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, update, and negotiate contracts and other key agreements and policies for the companies in various jurisdictions.
2. Understanding of complex technological and financial systems and their interactions with law.
3. Offer counsel on various legal issues to internal stakeholders, including employment legislation.

Experience Required:

1. At least 5 years of work experience.
2. Experience working in the e-commerce or financial industries
3. University degree in law or a related field.
4. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
