- Must be a qualified barrister or solicitor admitted in Cayman, England & Wales, Norther Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
- Essential that the litigator be minimum 5 PQE but ideally 5-8 PQE + or more.
- Ideally have commercial litigation/DR/insolvency/trusts experience from a top offshore/international firm.
