Loans Officer – Banking

A Cayman based bank is currently hiring to a Loans Officer position. The post holder will be responsible for  building a book of commercial clients in the loans department. This position will require the Loans Officer to quickly gain an intricate knowledge of the banks credit policies and credit line. And then proceed to reach out to both leads and active clients to increase the bank’s loan and deposit portfolios.

The position pays significantly above market rates for such a role and is with one of Cayman’s leading banks. There will be a large degree of flexibility and autonomy within the role.

Requirements:

• Associate degree (ideally Bachelors) in a related subject.
• 3+ years experience working in the banking sector in Cayman
• 2+ years experience working in a Loans department.

Ideally the bank would like to hire a Caymanian or Permanent Resident.
