Mall Fit-out & Tenancy Delivery Co-ordinator – Kuala Lumpur

Our client is a Project Management Consultancy with a specialist division delivering tenancy delivery services for some of Asia’s leading retail developers and landlords.

With their reputation for delivery on some of Asia’s most prestigious retail mall environments, our client is experiencing unprecedented demand for their services in Tenancy Delivery Management and Co-ordination. With a current portfolio spanning several South East Asian countries including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand, my client is seeking candidates at all levels within the tenancy delivery and mall fit out environment ranging from design review to full Tenancy Delivery Contract Leaders capable of leading large teams and handling up to 600 incoming tenants across a tight delivery programme.

Within this, they have a specific need for a Tenancy Co-ordinator for a major new development in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will have a track record in the delivery of mall fit-out programmes in Malaysia for leading retail landlords. You will likely have a background in a design discipline in Architecture or Interior Design, instilling Mall design guidelines and standards for incoming tenant fit out teams.
