Working closely with the Fund Governance team to provide related corporate administration to a wide range of companies. The Manager ensures that processes are functioning optimally and assesses where improvements are to be made. Where appropriate, the Manager implements changes and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.

This role has day to day oversight of the corporate services function working closely with the fund governance team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Working with Managing Director on operational oversight and plans for the corporate services department
  • Providing leadership and management to a high performing and highly motivated team
  • Responsibility for corporate services projects and deliverables
  • Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures
  • Design and implement internal controls and operating procedures
  • Lead the team in providing a high quality of service for customers and clients
  • Liaise with Global business development teams
  • Work with senior leadership team to identify and develop strategic alliances and opportunities

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Corporate Services Manager
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Corporate Services
  • Sound knowledge of KYC
  • Outstanding organizational, oral and written communication skills
