Manager, Investor Operations – Grand Cayman

  • Manage a large team of professionals
  • Responsible for client service excellence across clientele
  • Ensure team complies with all applicable regulatory requirements, global procedures and internal controls for the Investor Operations function
  • Manage professional relationships with critical and high revenue clients
  • Ensure that Investor Operations function fully aligns with the strategic initiatives of the business
  • Provide feedback to Senior Managers and Head of Investor Operations, Caribbean to monitor and manage resources for effective and efficient use of headcount within the division
  • Support with the design and implementation of all relevant automation and efficiency projects
  • Mentor and coach the team by utilizing the performance management process as a tool to develop skills & capabilities
  • Ensure the team are cross trained and build a strong succession pipeline
  • Drive Investor Operations enhancements and optimization for the regional team
  • Implement global Policies & Procedures pertaining to the Investor Operations function and ensure adherence
  • Optimize the existing Investor Operations platforms to streamline the automation process


  • Degree in business or a related field with at least 5 years’ of relevant industry experience, with 3 years’ at manager level
  • In depth  knowledge of Investor Operations and detailed knowledge of Mutual Funds
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience in successfully supervising, coaching and mentoring a team of professionals
