M&E Cost Manager – Singapore

Our client is one of the worlds leading Global Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Practices. With a global network of offices and an enviable portfolio of international corporate clients, they have particular strength in Corporate Real Estate and highly technical projects including Data Centres.

With increasing demand for their services across the Asia region, they are seeking an M&E Cost Manager to join their busy team in Singapore. As an M&E Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing highly complex M&E packages across a portfolio of projects including delivering cost estimates and plans, pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties as well as leading and managing the tender and procurement process for contractors. You will manage cost variations and checks as well as contribute to business development opportunities.

The successful candidate with be qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and ideally be MRICS qualified. You will be capable with major cost management software and have a demonstrable track record in leading cost management teams on Corporate Real Estate and Data Centre projects. Ideally, you will have prior experience in the local Singapore market and ideally have existing right to work in Singapore with the current travel and immigration restrictions in place.
