M&E Quantity Surveyor – Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Projects – EPCM – Singapore

Our client is a leading EPCM Contractor expanding in the region. Having won a number of projects recently across the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors, they are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor in the EPCM environment to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the EPCM project delivery environment and have a demonstrable track record in the bidding and delivery of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences projects in the GMP environment. You will have experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across a variety of projects from greenfield new build facilities to extensions and repurposing projects.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying or another related degree. You will be familiar with Singapore construction pricing and standards and the delivery of GMP facilities. With current restrictions around travel and work pass availability, you will be resident in Singapore with existing right to work.
