Occupancy Planner, Corporate Real Estate – Singapore

Our client is a leading Global Property Consultancy acting on behalf of major international Corporate Real Estate Clients. As part of their Global Account Management function, they are seeking a number of Occupancy Planners to join their business in Singapore looking after corporate occupancy planning activities for workplace expansion and transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in Interior Design or Architecture and be skilled in Space Planning and Office Test Fits. You will be able to work closely with clients on corporate office design projects looking at headcount requirements, space planning, and best-fit solutions to workforce productivity. You will have strong AutoCAD capabilities and be able to produce high-quality office layout plans in a timely and presentable manner.
