Partnership Sales – Contract Completions Manager (APAC) – Singapore
Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful providers of flexible workspace solutions to corporate clients globally. Having successfully pivoted to the demands of the post-Covid workplace environment, they have a full suite of managed solutions to offer the market and are currently seeking a Contract Completions Manager, to support their Partnership Sales Teams in the APAC region.
As Contract Completions Manager, you will be responsible for managing through the completion of contracts through negotiation and close, once the Partnership Sales teams have agreed on the principal heads of terms. You will work closely with the Group Legal team to ensure that the contract terms are in line with group objectives and consistent with the regional contract library.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B Sales and negotiating and closing of contracts, ideally with some exposure to the real estate markets with management contracts, franchise agreements, or lease expansion work. You will likely have been working for a Co-Working Provider, Hotel Management Company, high growth Retailer, or F&B company. You will be able to work within highly matrixed regional structures and work effectively between central legal functions and in-country sales teams. This is a newly created position and you will be expected to grow a team over time.
