Pricing Manager, Indonesia – Facilities Services – Jakarta

Our client is a Global Facilities Management firm currently going through a major transformation and integration of their Asia platform into a fully integrated regional platform delivering hard and soft Facilities Services to public and private sector clients across the region.

As such they are seeking a seasoned Pricing Manager to join their commercial team focussed on the effective pricing of Integrated Facilities Management contracts for the Indonesia markets, based from Jakarta. Reporting to the Country CCO, you will work closely with the Bid Team to effectively and competitively price contracts for a range of clients from local and international corporate clients to local authority contracts into healthcare and government facilities.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of pricing successful bids within the Facilities Services environment in Indonesia. You will thrive in the work-winning arena and have strong commercial and financial acumen driving best pricing practices and processes into the bid environment. You will also have strong capabilities in devising commercial pricing win strategies. This role could also suit a candidate with an operational background who has developed strong pricing capabilities from site survey activities.
