Principal, Investment & Development Projects – Data Centres – Singapore

Our client is an exciting new venture from a well established Singapore based Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager. Having secured seed funding with a new investment partner, they are developing a new platform specialising in the acquisition and development of Data Centre projects across the SEA region.

As such they are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Investment & Development candidate with strong exposure to the Data Centre or Industrial markets. Working on a BTS basis you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable land for development, or asset for redevelopment, and then working with the individual Development Managers for each project to see the developments through to successful completion and into operation.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture or another related discipline. You will have a demonstrable track record of project acquisition and development in the data centre or industrial space, primarily focusing on the Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia markets.
