Procurement Manager – Regional CMO – Singapore

Our client is one of the worlds leading Quantity Surveying and Cost Management firms with an enviable client base of major international corporate organisations servicing their Corporate Real Estate functions. As such, they have been asked to build a Commercial Management Organisation for one of their international corporate clients servicing the Asia Pacific Region. Within this they are seeking to recruit several positions to their organisation.

As Procurement Manager you will be expected to facilitate the Procurement Review Group meetings, manage the PO function, recommend procurement strategies and assist in the management of Change Orders. You will also manage the contract library and support in long term capital planning amongst other duties.

The successful candidate will likely have had experience in a construction or corporate real estate organisation previously and perhaps have a grounding in Quantity Surveying prior to moving into Procurement. You will have prior experience operating in Singapore and the regional markets. Due to work permit restrictions, priority will be given to candidates with existing right to work in Singapore.
