Project Controls Manager – Rail – Manila

Our client is a leading Consultancy specialising in outsourced Planning Services, Delay Analysis and Arbitration in the Construction Environment. With increasing demand for their services in the region, they are currently seeking a Project Controls Manager from a Planning background to join a project in Manila for them.

As Project Controls Manager, you will be embedded into the clients’ team as the main contractor on a major rail construction project in Manila.

The successful candidate will likely be qualified in Engineering or another related construction qualification and have a demonstrable track record in planning and scheduling in the Main Contractor or Consultancy environment. You will have prior experience in a Project Controls capacity working on large-scale rail constriction projects. You will be familiar with MS Project, Primavera P6, and other major planning and scheduling packages and software. With the current border and work permit restrictions in place, only candidates currently in the Philippines with the right to work can be considered for this position.
