Project Director – Township Developer – Cambodia

Our client is an exciting new Property Developer and Investor active across the Malaysian and regional markets. With a strong pipeline of new investment opportunities and a growing portfolio of existing assets, they are looking to recruit a Project Director for an upcoming development in Cambodia.

As such, they are seeking a seasoned Project Director with a demonstrable track record of delivering phased master-planned township developments in the region, ideally with prior experience in both Malaysia and Cambodia.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Architecture, Project Management, or another related degree. You will have led the profitable delivery of large-scale, multi-phase township developments, leading large teams of multi-disciplinary functions including design and delivery, sales, and finance. This role would ideally suit a Malaysian, looking to work between Malaysia and Cambodia.
