Project Manager – Corporate Real Estate – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading Project & Cost Management firms. With a strong reputation for the delivery of projects in the Corporate Real Estate environment, they have a number of regional and global clients for which they are currently delivering projects in the region.

With a number of regional contracts and individual project awards, they are seeking a number of Project Managers for both embedded roles and Consultant Project Management assignments for corporate real estate fit-out projects in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction Management or another related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering projects in the corporate workplace environment including moves, changes, and restacks. You will understand the intricacies of working in a live office environment and be used to working with senior stakeholders in the Banking, Technology, Pharmaceutical, or wider industries. Due to the current restrictions on work pass availability, only candidates currently residing in Singapore with existing working rights can be considered for this position.
