Project Manager – Corporate Real Estate – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading Project & Cost Management firms. With a strong reputation for the delivery of projects in the Corporate Real Estate environment, they have a number of regional and global clients for which they are currently delivering projects in the region.

With an embedded team on an ongoing contract for a major Banking client, they are experiencing an increased volume of work and are seeking an additional Project Manager to join this dedicated Account team.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction Management or another related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record or delivering projects in the corporate workplace environment including moves, changes, and restacks. You will understand the intricacies of working in a live office environment and be used to working with senior stakeholders in the Banking industry. Due to the current restrictions on work pass availability, only candidates currently residing in Singapore with existing working rights can be considered for this position.
