Project Manager, Critical Facilities & Engineering – Corporate Real Estate – Hong Kong

Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

As part of a Global Account structure, they are seeking an MEP Project Manager with strong experience delivering Engineering and Critical Facilities projects in the corporate real estate environment. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a team delivering Engineering projects for a major Financial Institution in Hong Kong. Projects could range from fire systems, security, plumbing, and air conditioning to elevators, data centres and trading floors.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or another related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of MEP-focused projects in the Corporate Real Estate environment, ideally within Financial Institutions.
