Projects Director – Data Centres – Singapore

Our Client is one of the regions fastest growing Data Centre Developers and Co-location Providers. With increasing demand for Data Warehousing across the region, they are experiencing unprecedented demand for capacity and have a strong pipeline of projects to be delivered.

As such, they are looking for a Projects Director to join their busy team, overseeing in country Project Directors and Managers on Greenfield Data Centre development projects in Singapore and across the region.

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years experience delivering large scale MEP intensive projects and at least half of this specifically in the Data Centre environment. You will have operated at corporate level previously and led development projects as the project owner or owners representative. You will have experience of the full project life-cycle from planning and design management, through procurement and construction phases into hand over and operations. You will have experience leading a team of Project Directors and Managers across a portfolio of projects.

You will likely have spent time working with a Regional Property Developer of Data Centre Co-location Provider in a project delivery capacity.

Due to the current global travel restrictions and limitations on Employment Passes in Singapore, Singapore Citizens will be given priority of consideration.
