Quantity Surveyor – Corporate Interior Design & Build – Kuala Lumpur

Our client is one of Malaysia’s leading Interior Design & Build firms specialising in the Corporate Workplace. They are currently experiencing strong demand for their services and are expanding their team in Kuala Lumpur.

As such they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team in Malaysia.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Quantity Surveying, or another related degree and have a demonstrable track record in successfully estimating and tendering for corporate fit-out projects in the interior design and build environment in Malaysia. You will have good commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities and be used to working in tandem with Design and Project Delivery teams both pre and post-contract. You will also be well versed with the MEP and Technology components of an office fit-out project.
