Principal – Private Equity Real Estate – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading Global Investment Firms covering multiple asset classes and with offices around the world. With several key investment classes across their business, they have great strength in the Private Equity Real Estate sector and are looking to expand their presence in Singapore as a key target market for them.

As such they are looking to secure a Principal or VP level Private Equity Real Estate specialist to join their busy Singapore office and be their key representative for Real Estate transaction there.

The successful candidates will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance or another related degree. You will have spent significant time in the domestic Singapore Real Estate Investment ecosystem and be well networked with local owners and investors. You will likely have spent some time with a Tier 1 investment bank, prior to moving across to the buy side environment or have come through the scholarship programmes of the government linked investment and development firms.

You will be a natural deal originator and thrive in the deal sourcing environment. You will have seen deals through the entire deal life-cycle and be able to appraise new potential opportunities quickly and efficiently.

Due to the nature of this position and current immigration restrictions, Singaporean and PR candidates are preferred.
