Real Estate Lawyer (2-5PQE)

Responsibilities:

1. Advising clients in relation to the purchase, financing, disposal and leasing of various types of commercial property including industrial, land and offices and residential property
2. Drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial leases, deeds of surrender, deeds of variation, side letters and license agreements
3. You will work directly with partners

Experience Required:

1. Should have 2-5PQE in common wealth/ Ireland jurisdiction
2. Experience in real estate finance is required
3. Excellent communication skills.
