Regional Account Director, APAC – Corporate Real Estate – Hong Kong

Our client is a leading Global Property Consultancy acting on behalf of major international Corporate Real Estate Clients. As part of their Global Account Management function, they are seeking a Multi-X Account Director to take over the leadership of a Global Account for a Global Financial Services Client, for the APAC Region.

As such, they are keen to begin speaking with Regionally experienced Account Leaders with multi-service line experience. The ideal candidates will have experience managing a combination of Transactions, Facilities Management, Project Management, Strategy, and Engineering. You will ideally be based in Hong Kong or another regional CRE hub and must have P&L Account Management experience covering Asia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background in Facilities Management before moving into multi-service line account management. You will have run accounts covering over 10 countries, over a million square feet, and over 1000 headcounts. You will ideally have had experience leading accounts in the Banking sector covering Corporate Real Estate, Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Data Centres. You will have very strong stakeholder management capabilities and be able to operate effectively in large matrixed structures reporting to the Global Account Lead in Europe.
