Regional Data Centre Engineering Design Leader – Vietnam

Our client is a leading Global Engineering Design Consultancy. With an enviable portfolio of leading Technology and Data Warehousing clients across the Asia region, they have created an Engineering Design Centre of Excellence in Vietnam.

As such, they are seeking a Data Centre Design Subject Matter Expert to lead their team in the region. This will be a leadership position managing a team of 30+ Engineers in a busy design office. You will be responsible for client interface and stakeholder management as well as overseeing and leading projects through concept and detailed design as well as through the construction process.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leading teams in the design and delivery of high profile data centre projects. You will have a desire to impart knowledge to local staff and a passion for developing people.

The ideal candidate will ideally have had prior experience working in Asia and ideally Vietnam and exposure to leading large teams of Design Engineers. There will be fully regional travel involved with this role so the candidate must be comfortable working across a wide portfolio of projects in multiple locations.
