Regional Director, Engineering – Design & Technical Services – Luxury – Hospitality Operator – Dubai

Our client is one of the world’s most exclusive luxury hotel companies. With a reinvigorated leadership team and fresh investment in the business, they have a strong pipeline of new hotel and resort developments across the Middle East and China.

As such, they are seeking a Director level Engineering Design & Technical Services specialist to take on the Engineering design review and project support function for the region for their portfolio. You will be capable of managing a portfolio of at least 5 to 8 projects at any one time in their various stages of the development lifecycle. You will liaise with external design consultants, partner developers, and equipment and system suppliers, enabling value engineering and driving innovation across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be from an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background and have strong experience in engineering design review for hotel electrical and mechanical systems and equipment selection and specification in line with corporate design standards. This role will ideally be based in Dubai and Arabic language skills are preferable.
