Regional Partnerships Director, Flexible Workspace – India
Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful providers of flexible workspace solutions to corporate clients globally. Having successfully pivoted to the demands of the post-Covid workplace environment, they have a full suite of managed solutions to offer the market and are currently seeking a strong B2B Sales & Business Development leader to drive their growth in the Indian markets.
Leading a team of up to 20 Sales Managers, and reporting to the Global Partnerships Head, you will be responsible for increasing the managed footprint of the company by developing and growing relationships with property owners across India and developing flexible workplace managed solutions under franchise agreements across the market.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B Sales Leadership, ideally with some exposure to the real estate markets and developing new management contracts, franchise agreements, or lease expansion work. You will likely have been working for a Co-Working Provider, Hotel Management Company, high growth Retailer, or F&B company. You will have strong experience in leading and managing Sales Teams, as well as recruiting, training, and mentoring new staff into a rapidly growing organisation. The role can be based in any of the major centres of Mumbai, Delhi, or Bangalore.
