Regional Tehnical Services Manager – Luxury Resorts

Our client is recognised as one of the world’s leading exclusive resort and retreat operators. Pioneering the luxury exclusive key resort market, their name has become synonymous with luxury retreats worldwide.

As the company has grown over the years, they are now at the point where several of their pioneer resorts are ready for a full or partial upgrade. In order to achieve this, they are seeking an experienced Technical Services candidate to lead this programme based from their Asia regional office in Singapore.

The successful candidate will have a strong mix of design and project management capabilities and have led a number of refurbishment programmes from concept design through delivery in the luxury resort environment. You will likely have an Interior Design or Interior Architecture background prior to moving into project delivery and experience across both the operator and owner environment is advantageous.

Right to work in Singapore is desirable although not prerequisite.
