Regulatory Lawyer | 3- 8 PQE

Responsibilities:

1. You will be advising on wide range of financial services regulatory and compliance matters such as AML/CFT, beneficial ownership, Data Protection, FACTA/CRS and other international initiatives such as the OECD BEPS regime, regulatory reporting obligations.
2. Liaising with regulatory, administrative and enforcement authorities including as part of any client onsite inspections.
3. Researching, analysing and developing policy and legislation.
4. You will be working with a client base that comprises blue chip domestic & international clients.

Required Experience/Skills:

1. 3-8 PQE with strong background in regulatory & risk advisory at a top tier or boutique law fir
2. You should be involved in researching, analyzing and developing policy and legislation.
3. Excellent written and communication skills.
